wow, there are some really mean people. you all need to shut the hell up, cause i'm sure you wouldn't be saying all of that crap if this was your situation. just some advice; if you wanna get thinner, go outside and run around your block because it doesn't cost anything to do that.
I used to weigh 230lbs. I started eating 7 healthy meals a day and exercising and guess what? I lost 100lbs. common sense ppl

No! Just stop eating junk! Start eating less meat, less fatty foods, and stop listening to your bitchy mom and start feeling like you are worth something. And excersise - not because you're fat, but because ypur life is better when you do. Maybe you'll loose weight, maybe you won't. But you'll be healthier.
