Wow your dreams are trying to give you a wake up call to get fit.
My advice is to exercise throughout the day in small bursts. For example, you can walk slowly for 15 minutes every hour. Exercise doesn't have to be super hard and I suggest you DON'T work out hard because you will most likely give up easily.
Go run. Walk even
Start small. Step 1: clean your house and don't live in a dump full of your own garbage.

go jogging, lift some weights, forget the junk food and soda man it seems hard because you haven't done it in a while but it's not as hard as you think. just stay committed and don't give up.
Try working out. Start small, once around the block, and slowly work your way up to your three mile goal.
