Today, I went to a friend's sweet sixteen. Since I didn't know any else at the party I was really happy when the mother told me she sat me next to someone she thought I would have a lot in common with. He ended up being mentally challenged and talked to a sock puppet the whole party. FML

Today, I walked into my house to find several of my friends there for a surprise sweet sixteen party my mom was throwing for me. Everything was going great until the doorbell rang and a clown walked in. My mom hired a clown for my sweet sixteen. My friends took pictures. FML

Today, my friend fixed me up with a guy from her workplace. I'm painfully shy, so I really appreciated it and was looking forward to meeting him, since she described him as very sweet. Once the date got started, he continuously made fun of my speech impediment, until I finally left in tears. FML

Today, there was a big party at my workplace. The only person that was socializing with me in any way was my co-workers 4-year-old daughter. Before leaving, she drew smiley faces on plastic plates and napkins and gave them to me so I "will have some friends and not be all alone". FML

To #4, I don't like googly eyes D= a lot of people are gonna call me stupid, but w/e...when I was in preschool I stuck a googly eye in my ear pretending I had three eyes xD Turns out the googly eye wanted t stay in xDD To all haters, no I'm not looking for sympathy.I'm just bored and felt like sharing that story with everyone to get a few laughs (hopefully) Anywho, I'm sorry OP, that's super mean of the mom...she should be ashamed Btw #3 I agree...sock puppets are quite amazing =p
