After all these these FML's that involve tattooing people's names you'd think people would learn to stop doing it. YDI because everyone knows you never tattoo a girlfriends name anywhere on your body. A wife? maybe. Your children's names? fine because no matter what they will still be your children. A girlfriend/boyfriend's name? NO, NEVER, DON"T DO IT. There is always the chance they'll dump you or you them.

It's called the tattoo curse. No one, I repeat no one, has a lasting relationship once they tattoo their lover's name on their body. Time to cover it up with a flower or something.

My parents have each other's name tattooed when they were 16/17 and it's been over 21 years now and their still together. The "tattoo curse" doesn't apply to every one.

I know that, but it was a really stupid decision that almost NEVER goes well. Now he has to suffer the consequences. Either keep half of his girlfriend's name on his back or pay a lot more money and get it painfully removed.
