FYL, but at the same time I agree with your dad. You really should suck it up, I got injured on a camping trip and went 2 weeks with 4 broken ribs so I would ruin the trip for the other people.
OP is in a ****ing neck brace and you agree with his dad? You really are pushing the limits of stupidity my friend.
Hahaha same thing happened to me. I stubbed my toe once and couldn't walk and my mom told me it was just jammed, so she had my dad pull on it to "un-jam" it. When that didn't work, the X-ray I convinced them to let me get showed 5 breaks, and a split joint. Go parents.
Geez, OP, that does suck O.o I hope you recover swiftly and with no permanent damage, and I hope your dad gets a similar neck injury from an unexplainable flying tuna smacking him in the head at 40 KPH.
I cannot guess which hurts more, what you're going through physically or your father's cruel attitude toward your pain. I hope you're of an age where you don't have much more time left in his household. I also hope if your father is injured or ill before you get out of there, you tell him, "Suck it up" and completely ignore any need for care that he might have.
two words: SUCKS ASS
Walking around with a broken spine?
I was told to suck it up for three years, then I went to a doctor, had to get my shoulder socket replaced, and fixed cause carrying a child will rip the surgery apart. all cause my dad whipped me around into things then told me I can't see a doctor. parents are so fun.

Worst injuries are the ones that happen to the back. You will probably live in pain when you get older. This is a true FML.
Why do parents always assume when their child is complaining of pain (constantly most likely in this sort of case) that they think they're full of total bullshit? Do they really want to cripple their kids?
