yo
I know how yu feel, my parents didn't believe me when I said my back hurt afte dong a training session. They only listened when my best friend told them I am in pain, after I had told them about 100 times, they take me to the doctors finally turns ou I have scoliosis which is a curviture of the spine so now I have to have surgery and I can't play sport 4 about 18 months sport is my life, it's all I ever do!
um trust me, i had a bad back injury two years ago, and though you're in pain, you can only do so much laying in bed and sleeping. even getting onto the computer was a relief from laying in bed and watching television. you need some kind of change. op: i know your pain, hope you get better soon!
lol something like this happened to me. I had a pain in my ribcage and thought i was badly hurt my brother told me to stop being a pussy and that im just trying to get attention (he was drunk he normaly dosent say things like that) and i got x-rays in the morning and i broke my rib. unfortuantly theres not much you can do for a broken rib exept suck it up
i broke my wrist in 2 places when i was in the 7th grade. my parents kept telling me to stop complainging it would feel better soon. a week later they finally broke down and took me to get x-rays. the dr said it was almost to the point of needing to be broken again because it took too long to put a cast on.
I've been there. I was hit by a car and shattered my leg. After surgery the doctor wanted to discharge me, but I was having severe back pain. He told me it was just from lying in bed. After a week he CT'd it, and told me I'd broken three bones in my back. Broken back bones suck major ass, just so everyone knows.
But hey, look at it this way. There could have been worse situations for him to say "suck it up princess"
That happens sometimes.
it is endangering your life. if the doc days you have to do something then you have to do it. I would report your parents if I were you.
Since he did get medical care, I don't think there is anything that Child Protective Services could actually do about it. (I frequently report in juvenile and family courtrooms.) Still, I think you have a good grasp of the seriousness of this situation, and yes, I do wonder what else this sadistic parent might be doing that CPS would in fact have to do something about.

Worst injuries are the ones that happen to the back. You will probably live in pain when you get older. This is a true FML.
Why do parents always assume when their child is complaining of pain (constantly most likely in this sort of case) that they think they're full of total bullshit? Do they really want to cripple their kids?
