Today, I went to see a psychiatrist for my depression and low self esteem. While in the waiting room, I overheard a guy telling his friend how ugly I am. FML

Y'all are awful! Getting plastic surgery until you look like a wannabe-Barbie is NOT cute. OP, accept yourself for who you are and let assholes be assholes (:

That's a rude guy.. Don't worry op I'm sure ur beautiful inside and out he's prob just jealous lmao

Maybe you are ugly, so what? Get over it and move on. Not all people are concerned with looks; many people like someone who is intelligent and funny. Ugly does not equal depression and low self-esteem; your brain needs to get on track and realize that you are just fine the way you are.

You see a Psychologist for depression and self esteem not a Psychiatrist. A Psychiatrist primarly prescribes medicine. It's not impossible, but I doubt the story. Also, most Psychologists control the waiting room so that you don't have multiple people discussing each other. Finally, anyone that is there is mentally ill in some way by definition. Pull up the big girl panties and get over it. Hey, I didn't get the name CrazyManNo9 without knowing a thing or two about THIS topic. LMAO!

awww :( I know that sucks but it's funny how it's so ironic!

welp! that just drop your self esteem to a -10.

Don't worry about it. Someone can think whatever they want about you. It really shouldn't matter. What matters is how you view yourself, and how you should view yourself. You are beautiful inside and out and you should realize that. One person cannot and will not change how you view yourself. Do not let this break you. Words that seem to hurt your self esteem, are not good words, they need to be brushed off. Brush these words off. If he has the audacity to say something so cruel. You should have told him that you didn't need his comment, but that's okay. You are so sure of yourself that you don't need reassurance. You have the greatest gift, you are in complete control of it, you have confidence. It may seem like it's barely there, but you should really let it shine. Haha I'm gonna stop writing a book now :)
