Today, I went to see a psychiatrist for my depression and low self esteem. While in the waiting room, I overheard a guy telling his friend how ugly I am. FML

work hard, get rich and successful then give them all your ass to kiss! haha you will be fine! looks fade! a lot of people considered beautiful might not be that way for long especially if theyre ugly on the inside! i doubt youre ugly, if you have self confidence it makes you more attractive. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. a lot of people think that singer SEAL is ugly! he is married to a supermodel! he has self confidence! KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! THINGS WILL GET BETTER

I'm sorry you have a low self-esteem, OP. I've went through the same thing you are. One thing that someone has pointed out is that you may have been overhearing a conversation that had nothing to do with you, but it seemed like it due to paranoia. I did that a lot. Remember that the people who insult you are the ones who are pieces of crap, not you.
