Today, I went to Subway with my girlfriend. Just as the time came for her to pay, she went to the car to grab her purse. She didn't come back. I found a note on the windshield saying, "It's over." FML

What the heck...are we living in the 50s? My boyfriend and I went to Subway yesterday, I paid for my sub, he paid for his. Sometimes he does treat me to dinners or movies, but generally we split everything evenly. We both work hard for our money, why should he always have to pay for both of us? FYI, many girls nowadays don't like always being paid for. It makes us feel like useless, dependent bums. My guess is this guy's girlfriend was just a crazy biotch.

I couldn't agree with you more. I hate being paid for cause it makes me feel like I'm using my date. I always take my own money with me. If he insists, the alright, but I won't MAKE him pay.
