Today, I went to Subway with my girlfriend. Just as the time came for her to pay, she went to the car to grab her purse. She didn't come back. I found a note on the windshield saying, "It's over." FML

idk if you guys are smart at all if she's going to leave him because he didn't pay for HER food, she's a bitch anyways. there's such thing as chivalry but chivalry isn't mandatory, if it was then it wouldn't be chivalry.

I think you should do a "right thing" by going back to school to learn grammar. Also, I think in this modern age that men and women should each pay half or take turns paying. Women can work now. That fact is probably a shock to such an educated man such as yourself, but it is true.

The 'OMG you shoulda paid' comments on this FML really piss me off. I agree that sometimes us guys should pay, but sometimes the girl should step up too. Besides, it makes the girl feel like she's contributing. By the way, maybe there was more to the "date" than just Subway. Maybe they were going to have a picnic in the park. STOP ASSUMING! Heck, it doesn't even say it was a date. He just said that he "went to Subway" with her. They could have been together all day. Unless he was abusing her or cheating, this is a crappy way to dump someone. End of story.
