How did you get chocolate on your back? Did you lay in bed eating multiple bars of chocolate and fell asleep on top of the chocolate wrappers? However you managed to get the chocolate on your back is kind of disgusting. Apparently you don't shower or bathe, but you could have at least showered before going to your doctor. YDI for not cleaning your nasty behind.
