Find out how much they sell for now in bookstores, price them 10 bucks under that and put up flyers at your college. students will buy
You should have sold them online, would have made more than 3.50. I know that for sure
I don't understand, why did you accept so little? I buy most of my books (with the exception of recently updated ones) second hand and then sell those books online after the semester for roughly the same amount I bought them for! So essentially I break even after the semester (or on occasion it's possible to make profit if you pick them up cheap enough). I would keep these comments in mind next semester :)
Seriously, take this advice. It's how you should do things.
people use textbooks and their supposedly written by people experience in the field not some rich smartass. they should be worth more, hate those *******.
What???
You could have made way more money if you had sold them on Ebay or Amazon. Also look on those sites for books you need to buy. Never buy new if you can help it.
It ls useful for you to have the textbook.
You, my friend, just got taken for a ride. You could have sold those on the internet for much, much, much more than 3.50. Text book sellers are notorious lowballers.

You should have asked to clarify whether she said "$350" or "3.50".
This is why you always buy textbooks secondhand... I learned that the hard way.
