Today, I woke up crying in the middle of a nightmare in which my boyfriend of 8 months shot me through the heart whilst laughing as I screamed 'I Love You'. After I told him about this, he took me into his arms as I cried, stroked my back and said, 'What kind of gun was it?' FML

not neccesarily, you can realise the dream wasnt real, but not how he feels... she might still think he wants to shoot her? You don't know.

I've woken up crying from dreams before because when you are experiencing it, it's real. It takes a couple minutes it shake it off sometimes and realize it was just a dream. And what #84 said.

if she called a nightmare she knows it's not real. if shes letting her boyfriend hold her, she doesn't have a feeling he's going to kill her. she just has no sense of humor so she thinks her boyfriends insensitive and wants to whine to the public because nobody else cares or agrees with her.
