I bet you are pretty pissed on your dog. I know I would be. I hope you find a way to get your cast changed!
That would piss me off (no pun intended). Try to scrub the areas with the urine on it with something to get the smell out. Best of luck!
Try going to a hospital ER if you can- they can do this kind of stuff and the ER never closes! Good luck...
spray it with like a whole can of febreeze
Now that you smell really bad, I'm pretty sure you're supposed to use public transportation. It's a unwritten law.
At least your dog thought of you, my cats hide and never come out too see me
Not an ER case, but if I was you, I would go to the nearest one to get it replaced. The smell is only going to get worse over time and being in a cast soaked with urine is not hygienic either.
You should be able to head to A&E. They should change your cast for you if it's really bad.
Maybe try looking up online any home remedies that can help make the smell less potent, I know baking soda can help eliminate the smell in a fridge, I doubt you're the only unfortunate person who's naughty dogs have done this.

Get yourself some hydrogen peroxide, saturate the areas where the urine is, then saturate the same areas with a pet odor deodorizer. Perhaps try some baking soda coated on there to absorb odors?
I got a pen cap stuck in my cast when I broke my foot. I have a scar now. I think you have it worse... Sorry OP.
