boohoo. no one gives a ****
I'm on summer vacay ..... WOOHOO! ;)
you can't make lunch without electricity? WTF man. that's pathetic
OMG nobody cared
33- exactly. It cracks me up that some are so eager to call names and accuse some of being stupid, when THEY are the ones who didn't do the research. I'm not perfect, so I don't plan on calling anyone stupid on here. ha, well, we'll see. :)
2 minutes is enough time to fix lunch. oh and get a ******* flashlight.
So my question is why would you take a freezing cold shower since no power equals no hot water. Why couldn't you make a lunch hello there's this thing during the day called the sun
49 and the other retards. just because power goes out dosent meen you instantly loose hot water. its a tank and the water will stay hot for many hours after loosing power. it cools off very slowly.
That assumes that the power just went off. OP said he woke to find the power out. If it happened early at night, the water could easily have been cold by the time he was ready to shower. Also, since this is in Canada, he could be far enough north so that its still a little dark out in the early morning.
water will stay warm over twentyfour hours. some homes have timers that only let tank heat at night during off peak hours. rember op was saying he took a shower others were doubting it because of the cold water. i bet it was a warm shower.
Right it's Canada and May meaning if you go north it's officially 24hrs of daylight, if your in the southern part the sun is up at 6-6:30
it's called life. your life doesn't suck, you had a cold, dark shower. hardly makes for a shitty life.

I think your school finds it a proper excuse why you were late if you didn't make it in the end. It sounds like the black out wasn't only in your house so they can even look it up if it is that horrible your late
