I had that happen once when I was masterbating. Saw a doctor about it and he said that it if it's just a one off event with no pain it's likely just a burst blood vessel which does happen and nothing to worry about. But a doctor should tell you that, not me

Maybe you have an anal fissure or a hemeroid that popped. If it's bright red it's a fresh wound. If it's dark then that could be trouble. Better have yourself checked.
