Today, I won 20 dollars on a lotto scratch off. My friend, pissed, makes me split the money, saying it was collateral for the gas money used to get us there. He then used his 10 dollars on a scratch off, and won 500 dollars. The jackass wouldn't split it. FML

If he made you split your $20 and won $500, he should have at least given you the ten back. After your altercations I would've just stolen the scratcher, cashed it in myself, and after taking as much of that $500 as you wanted, giving whatever's left to your "buddy" as a measure of the value of your friendship. Since he didn't split it, I would really laugh if he goes and spends it on a PS3 or something instead of banking it
