Today, in an attempt to get my son to stop playing Call of Duty, I threw his Xbox controller out the window. He was so desperate, he followed it. His bedroom is on the second floor. My son has 3 broken ribs, and no future. FML

...WOW. That's some serious addiction right there. That boy needs therapy. Seriously though OP, you don't need to go that far. You can RROD an XBox 360 just by looking at it the wrong way. I should know -- I own one. -_-

My dad doesn't know I have an xbox. He'd do the same thing hahaha. So I only play when he goes away on business trips which is regular enough anyway.

I'm sure your trip to the ER was quite interesting.

Thats kinda harsh, thats your kid your talking about

If your instinct as a Parent is to throw his Xbox out of a window instead of holding onto it until a certain time, then I can see why his response was so bizarre, kids act the same way their parents to.

624, learn to read. He didn't throw his XBox out, He threw out the controller.

Couldn't you have talked to him first? Destroying hi stuff does not seem like good parenting to me, it might be giving him the idea to solve problems with violence...

By the way: how old is your son? He should be over 16 to play CoD, and if he really is, you could definitely do other things than ruining his stuff (that you probably bought)

i could see my boyfriend doing this.... hes 22...
