Similar thing happened to me a while ago. After sex with my boyfriend he wanted to cuddle and I just groaned and said "noooo sleeeep!". He claims he's still not sure if I'm a woman.

That was my first thought about this FML as well...that OP did something uncharacteristic for a male (perhaps outperformed the girlfriend's previous partners...?) and that's what prompted the comment.

Perhaps you should straight up ask her to clarify her comment? You won't know whether it was a misunderstanding, or if she's just mean spirited until she explains what would motive her to say such a bizarre thing at an inappropriate time.
