in scrubs dr Kelso says something that shows YDI. he is talking to an obese patient who doesn't wanna exercise and stuff and wants surgery and wants to go the easy way to unfatness. he says: nothing in this world worth having comes easy. so work hard and get rid of those fat rolls instead of going on the computer and FMLing about them.

Yeah, what Dr. Kelso says, don't FML about being fat. do something about it. I can say this because I used to be 400+lbs wearing a size 50 pants and 4xl shirts. I worked hard (sans drugs, or for you lames that don't know what sans means, without drugs) and am now 204lbs wearing size 36 pants and medium-large shirts (depending on the type of shirt). Only you can motivate yourself to correct the problem of being overweight. Just takes will power and dedication. YDI
