You're fat. I'm not even sugar coating it since you'd probably eat that too.

I don't understand why fat people keep posting these FMLs...unless they WANT their self-esteem to take a major bashing.

Ahahahahaha, awesome : )
Awwww don't be too sad! At least now you know nobody will ever mug you!
Aww poor you! Next time, swipe before you wipe... or lift it... or whatever.
I like how everyone here is a doctor/nutritionist and their only advice is "Just lose the weight fatty, it's that simple" as if it actually was that simple. You have no idea why anybody is overweight. It could have absolutely nothing to do with her diet and exercise routine. It could be anything. I myself, while not fat, am overweight, in addition to being 6'2" and have a large skeletal frame and bones. I've tried many diet plans and stuck with them for months, and I exercise quite a bit on a daily basis. I have never lost more than 5 pounds. When I revert to eating whatever I like and never exercising, I never gain more than the couple pounds I lost. That said, I typically stick with exercising and eating right because there's more to health and feeling good than being in shape. Point is, some people's bodies are just meant to be the way they are. Don't assume because somebody is fat that it's their lifestyle choices. Even if you do see them packing away fast food, it may be they know they won't gain more weight, and they cannot do anything to lose much/any weight.
Being fat and being overweight are two completely different things. If you're overweight (according to BMI) you're just over the "normal" range, but that still doesn't mean you're fat, or in bad shape. Pretty much all the bodybuilders are overweight according to BMI, but you still wouldn't call them fat, would you? BMI is just a "suggestion", there's no need to start losing weight because you're overweight on BMI-scale. If you're fat, then yes, its time to start losing weight. If you think that you're fat because your BMI says you're overweight, then you're just ******* stupid. Thats it. Once more: being fat and being overweight aren't the same things. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_distribution http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_mass_index edit. But no, I'm not saying someone couldn't be fat because of genes or illness, but nowadays everybody seems to be using those. "I'm not lazy, it's my genes, my parents are fat too" Well if they eat wrong kind of foods too much and don't exercise at all, then surprise, they're fat too.
Thanks for clearing that out. But the mass of the muscle and the mass of fat are two different things. Muscles are much heavier than fat so that explains the BMI thing with bodybuilders. And in my case.. I'm a few kilos overweight and sometimes I still get people on the street yelling that I'm fat. And I don't feel okay about my body. Christopherlove, thank god for someone with common sense. While there is a bunch of people living a nasty lifestyle and blaming their obesity on a glandular problem, there's also a few of us who eat healthy all the time and exercise too and we're still not skinny. People have to look on both sides, imo.
Euh, that's what I was trying to say? You can't really use BMI to actually measure anything, because muscle weights more than fat. Well actually you can use it to measure something, the ratio of your weight and height, but you can't use that information for anything really. That's why one shouldn't use BMI to as a measurement of being fat or not. Only thing you can tell from your BMI is your weight's ratio to your height. A person being on the overweight side of the BMI could be a huge whale or someone in great shape with a lot of muscle. And a person being underweight according to their BMI could have anorexia (or some other eating disorder) or just be really tall and skinny. What I'm trying to say (hopefully clear by now) is that you shouldn't use BMI as measurement. Use mirror and your clothes and so on. If you're feeling bad about yourself because you use a "normal" weight as your target, then you deserve it. You can't say that everyone who is x cm tall is supposed to weight y kg. Oh and most of this message wasn't targeted to you, Peeksna, even if I use "you" all the time.
Lol, right. Got that. :D
Since when has there been a character limit in the comments? If it's too long just ******* skip it. And anyway, you're 19, I think you should be able to read comments longer than 2 lines.
