In cases like this: Eat a lot of bananas, that'll stop the diarrhea. Also bring a change of clothes and underwear just in case.

Imodium will make you dizzy, so unless you plan to stay home it's not a good idea for a graduation falling asleep or just falling on the stage and looking like a brain dead cow in all the pictures is not a great way to remember the day.
