Wow, sucks for you. But I hope you had fun anyways.
Not all women prefer hormonal birth control methods. It seems pretty irrelevant that if you were in the OP's position you would "be in control" of your body.
More like monthS in advance. It usually takes a few months before your body settles on the cycle determined by the pills. Until it's settled, you're quite likely to have spotting and other fun things.
Not all women can take hormonal birth control. For example, anything with estrogen in it gives me migraines. I can take the progesterone-only ones, but I bleed all the time on them. Not great. Everyone's bodies are different, and not everything works for everyone.
how the f*ck is handing your body over to pharmaceutical controlling your body?
erm, 23, a lot of women don't want to go on the pill because, as it messes with your hormone levels, it can in some cases actually make you infertile.
I'm a woman. I started taking birth control pills when I was twenty-one. I'm twenty-three now, and OMG I've skipped periods before because I CHOSE to skip the placebo week and go to the next pack. What a concept. Therefore, I was in control of my own body and didn't have a period to interrupt my plans.
It doesn't work that way for everyone. I've skipped the placebo week before to try to skip a period and just ended up with a much longer period instead.
yea, he is pretty screw but on the plus side you can do it all you want without fear of another kid. so score one for the honeymoon

Show it anywayWell, there is breakthrough bleeding. Bottom line, hormonal birth control methods can have different reactions person to person.

Have sex in the shower but if you can't then I'm sorry that sucks so bad.
Haha well hopefully ur period doesn't last 9 days, the last two (if it lasts 7) should be the best ;)
