Today, is the fourth day of my husband's and my new diet and exercise routine. I've already caught him eating junk food 4 times. He has lost 2 lbs and I've gained 3. FML

Men just lose it easier, it's ****** up, but for the most part true.

Some people have fast metabolisms, dont fret! Just do more cardio and maybe drink a protien shake in place of a meal if you want to gain muscle as well

As a wrestler who's always watching his weight i can tell you that it's not an easy task trying to lose weight, you'll have ups and downs but the most important thing is that you keep at it, it'll get there OP :)

well... i guess should start eating junk food too. :p naaah... keep up the good work and try measuring ur scale at least after a week coz as they said.. water and poop counts

Maybe the fat is secretly transferring from your hubby to you by osmosis or something while you sleep. =)

When you exercise you gain muscle. Think of it this way. You have become stronger while losing fat while he.... well I think he's working off the junk food.

Classic mistake. Stop looking at pounds as a measure of success in getting healthy. Inches lost and body fat % are the best things to track as well as how you feel. As you work out you lose fat while gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.

When you starve your self your body converts muscles to fat because it thinks it's starving
