Today, is the fourth day of my husband's and my new diet and exercise routine. I've already caught him eating junk food 4 times. He has lost 2 lbs and I've gained 3. FML

Men just lose it easier, it's ****** up, but for the most part true.

Some people have fast metabolisms, dont fret! Just do more cardio and maybe drink a protien shake in place of a meal if you want to gain muscle as well

It is fine to gain weight while exercising because muscle is heavier than fat

It's actually statistically better to cut back gradually as opposed to quitting everything cold turkey. You give your body time to adjust.

If you're doing everything right, then nothing is wrong. Muscle weighs more than fat. It's normal to gain weight because you're gaining muscle.

weight fluctuates in the short term, keep at it and Im sure youll accomplish the goals youve set!!

You'll get there. Don't give up on yourself. Everyone is different.

Really just drink only water, eat just normally, get all nutrients proteins, vitamins etc. And exercise
