I mean he's just concerned. If she was a boy he probably wouldn't care. What's a girl gonna to a guy? Throw a lamp at him? Like a guy can be so much more dangerous, so it doesn't hurt to look into it.

I guess I majorally over reacted but there have been a few protective patents posts that seem to over step small boundaries. I'm also experiencing this in my life and I'm 27!

Dads ARE supposed to be protective over their children, but before he is a dad, he is a human, and as a human his duties are to be respectful to other humans. If he continuously interrogates his kid's partner, its kind of disrespectful. I'm sure he has good intentions for his daughter though.
