Today, it's day two of my two-month summer job on a Mediterranean cruise ship. I'm incredibly seasick, and the ship is still docked. FML

How did you not know that you get seasick that easily...

why would you get a job on a cruise ship if you get sea sick? unless you didn't know. you could always call in (sea) sick and slip off the boat...

I just keep hearing the lonely Island song "I'm on a boat" while reading this. Advice: string a bucket around your neck and don a grass skirt. It won't get rid of the seasickness but at least the guests will be less likely to complain about how unprofessional you're acting.

It gets better my friend was sick for a week until he could handle it.

Take Dramamine. It is to stop and prevent sea sickness. Go to the pharmacy on ship or at dock or the doctor on ship to get some

#21: In the northern hemisphere, fall starts in September, and in the southern hemisphere, spring starts in September. So there is nowhere in the world where summer starts in September.

FYL :( But how do you have a 2-month summer job starting in September? In the northern hemisphere, fall starts in September, and in the southern hemisphere, spring starts in September.. so you can't have a 2-month summer job starting in September.

Once the boat starts moving you'll be fine!
