I just got back from a cruise vacation from where I discovered I'm incredibly prone to seasickness. I recommend Dramine which worked numbers for me. Also, I had some luck with the bracelets they sell on the ship. One other suggestion which may sound funny but did work was rocking with the ship. If you're waiting for the Dramine to kick in, go to the corner of your room and rock in rhythm with the ship until the medication starts working. Good luck and at least you have an interesting job!
There are a few over-the-counter meds to help with that. Maybe you should check into it. the main one I know of is called Dramamine. Good luck
Big assumption to think the op already knew that, how did you know?
Sounds like you should abort the mission
You guys do realize that FMLs take a while to get posted after they are submitted right? For all we know, this could have been submitted during the summer.
If your seasick on a cruise ship you obviously have never been on a jet ski in ten foot waves
If you're seasick after two days, wait a little longer and you'll find your sealegs
Travel sick pills work miracles

How did you not know that you get seasick that easily...
why would you get a job on a cruise ship if you get sea sick? unless you didn't know. you could always call in (sea) sick and slip off the boat...
