Today, it's my 18th birthday. My parents got me a $5 gift certificate to iTunes. It came for free with the iPhone they just bought my sister for her middle school graduation. FML

Maybe they're saving the iphone for June...or maybe she goes to a year-round track schedule school, you never know. But for the OP, I say you pick a good time when you're home alone, and soak that baby in water. Then let it dry on the outside. Your parents can have fun breaking the bank buying a new one for their precious daughter.

I think that they are just trying to tell you that; you're grown now. You shouldn't expect anything from them, because they've already done there job. If anything you should be the one getting them a gift.
