I personally have sat down with the seat up and not fallen in, so I don't see why it's a big deal. Side note: I sit down to pee, so I'm never the one who leaves the Seat up.

Rule at my house is seat and/or lid both are put down no matter what gender you are. Solves the problem entirely.

So many women bitching about men leaving the seat up. It's a two way street ladies! We need it down, they need it up, don't you think they are just as pissed about it being down as We are when they leave it up?!?!
