Hey guys OP here. I'm a little late on the follow up but here it is anyway. I obviously complained to my mum who sat her down and told her how painful her pregnancies had been. My sister seemed adequately scared. My sister now insists that she had just been kidding but I know for a fact that she wasn't. And finally I assure you guys if she ever brings a guy home to 'stop her periods' I will personally get rid of him.

Kids are getting dumber and dumber these days
I said the same thing when I was her age. Only because the cramps were so bad that nothing helped with the pain. I was being sarcastic but it was better than killing myself. Maybe that's how she feels? However there's not enough info to give an opinion besides what others are commenting.
I feel like people may be overreacting and jumping to concluaions here. When I was 13 I had the same thoughts and said it a couple of times. I had absolutely no intentions of getting pregnant, and knew I wasn't in a position for having a baby financially not emotionally. OP's sister may have severe PMS, to the point she can't sleep some nights because of the pain. Also, she may not realise that there are other things that come with pregnancy (bladder 'hugging', pain, etc.) she may know people who have had only smooth pregnancies.
ha! lol she should see my vag right now. I just had my baby on the 12th and its got stitches and its all purple and hurts a shit ton. that's make her change her mind XD
I like that your username is "TheGoodSister"
just gonna say she was probably joking. she most likely just started if she's 13 and it's gotta be a painful experience for her.

Did you explain to her that being pregnant and going through labor is 100x worse than getting a period? And the fact that raising a child isn't exactly a piece of cake either?
No thirteen year old kid should be thinking about getting pregnant
