To all those saying that op failed as a parent are not necessarily true. Many teens go through rebellious periods where they hide stuff from their parents. Op I'm sorry for this situation best course of action don't get angry right away tell her you love her and that she is not going to leave. Ask her about her plans post runaway like food for kid place to live. Most likely she has nothing planned and will fall apart knowing that she needs you. Be there for her. You can be disappointed its natural but don't shun her. She's your responsibility and now so is her child. After things have settled maybe restrict her outings and definitely restrict her boyfriend. Most likely he is the one who instigated the running away thing, don't let him persuade her again.
Since she's not 16 she needs your permission to drop out. How old is the boyfriend?
