Today, my 15-year-old daughter asked for a ride to her boyfriend's house. It's the same house I've been driving her to for sleepovers with her friend "Kate" for two years. FML

This is a bit of a tough one, but I'm going to have to go with YDI for not taking more of an interest in your daughter's life and not insisting on meeting the parents the first time you dropped her off for a sleepover.

ok my parents dont always meet the people im having sleepovers with, they trust me. FYL for having a little lying bitch of a daughter, now you know not to trust her and that you have to check in all the time

since you failed at so many aspects of parenting, i hope you at least confronted your daughter about this issue..of course, you'd look dumb if she brought out kate and her brother or something lol.

You deserve it for not meeting your daughter's friends first.

your daughter has been getting F'ed in the A and liking it

YDI for being a lousy parent and not bothering to meet your kid's friends. My husband and I meet all our daughter's friends and their parents. One of the conditions of her hanging out with them outside of school is that we meet them first. Part of being a good parent is knowing what your kid is up to and who she is with. Hope your daughter packed her condoms.

so who said this boyfriend of hers isnt Kates brother? i mean maybe she started dating him when she was 13 but wouldnt u of met him and his parents b4? id say hes kates brother and they just started to go out.

well i guess its possible that she really does date her friends brother but have you ever met her? well if not for gods sakes ask to right away and have a long talk about sex with your kid...i think she needs it.
