I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that she didnt know you liked this guy and it was a pure coincidence. In that case, you have similar taste in guys. But if she knew both times, then shes plain malicious. In that case, good decision, OP.

Probably a good thing she's an ex friend if she knew you liked that guy. If you never told her/never made a move to be with the guy then she's not in the wrong.
