Today, my boss asked me if I know anything about those tattoos that girl put on their lower backs. "You mean Tramp Stamps?" I responded. He looked at me with hatred in his eyes and said that his 18 year old daughter just got one. FML

Today, my boss threatened to fire me because of a tattoo I have. It's a small teddy bear on my leg with my parents' names on it. My workplace has no problems with tattoos, but my boss said it was "unoriginal and lame." It's a memorial tattoo; my parents died last year. FML

Today, my dad found out I got a tattoo behind his back and is really really upset. When I got home from work my car wasn't in the driveway. When I asked my dad where it was, he replied "you'll get it back when your tattoo comes off." FML

People like you who refer to them as "tramp stamps" really anger me. I have had a tattoo on my lower back for quite a few years now before they were called "tramp stamps". I am by no means a tramp and just because I have a tattoo there doesn't make me a tramp either.

YDI for calling it a "tramp stamp" to your boss, even if you thought he felt the same way about it. and i personally don't think that having a tattoo there makes you a tramp. if thats what you call it, you must be a strongly sterotypical person who has a closed mind.

NICE! and to everyone getting angry cause he called it tramp stamp needs to calm the **** down. Where Im from everyone calls it a tramp stamp even those who have them. If you get writing on your lower back then obviously want people to look in that area therefore seeing your ass. Sorry but thats the truth.
