Today, my boss is still refusing to fire my psychotic coworker, who's made it his mission to insult, annoy, bully and threaten me every day into making me quit. My boss is convinced the guy just has "assburger's" and that the company would get sued if we fired him. FML

Asperger's is a form of autism that causes problems learning how to adapt to certain social situations correctly or at all. Just FYI for all of of you who don't know what it is or think it doesn't exist because it sound like "ass burgers".

Wow, your boss is a total ********. Its called aspergers, i have a really high functioning part of the of the syndrome and I am one of the smartest kids in the school and social life. Dont assume that Aspergers is for retarded people.

A friend of mine is very high functioning, but he couldn't spell if his life depended on it. In school, every subject that had to do with his main interest was automatically the best grade, in all the other subjects he was just barely scraping by. Luckily for him his main interest is everything technical, which is a field where social quirks are embraced and not as frowned upon as say in economics or law related jobs.

I have Aspergers and I absolutely hate when people call it assburgers. When I talk to people about it I have to call it AS syndrome or social dyslexia because I just can't stand the way it's name sounds.

If the guy really does have Asperger's and it's that severe, then he wouldn't be functional enough to hold down a job anyways... so they can either for him because he never should've been hired in the first place, or because he's an ass
