The dress was gold and white originally. The girl who had it put it on tumbler with two different photos. One where it looks black and blue and the other gold and white. Scientists have proven its just the lighting around it and the feeling you have while you look at the dress is what makes you see what color you think it is.

It's really pathetic that people can't look at the logic behind the dress and just agree to disagree about seeing it a certain way, they actually have to fight and bash others about it.
