Who would get married in Vegas? A lot of people do actually. My sister just recently got married there. It was really nice, the hotel planed everything for them.

I think that's pretty kick ass, OP. It sounds like a lot of fun actually. Would you rather not get married at all or have a JP 'wedding'? I had a destination wedding in Lake Tahoe and was married in a casino chapel. I would take that over a big stuffy church wedding any day. Have fun!!

That's the worst reason to get married, ever. Take advantage of coupons in paying for a wedding you were going to have anyway, but... That's worse than "everyone else is doing it" - yes, I do know people who got married for that reason.

My ex proposed to his new girlfriend (who just happens to be my ex best friend (for obvious reasons)) and the reason he gave his friends was that he proposed "to get it over with" And I don't think she knows about it. To me that is hilariuos.

Wedding are really nice in vegas my friends got married there. I don't understand why people want to spend thousands of dollars on weddings anyway put all your extra money in the bank. It will have alot better uses in the long run.
