Today, my boyfriend informed me that he can't remember the last time he took a shower. He then told me he doesn't see the "need" of taking showers. FML

Well, if you didn't notice until he told you then he must not be that stinky. Still, I agree with some of the suggestions above - suggesting shower sex and romantic baths are likely good incentives to get him to clean up. And if you're too grossed out to have sex with him then tell him so, but try to be constructive.

I hope you mean EX boyfriend because no matter how much you like the guy that's ******* nasty, even if you're in love with him it isn't worth it. that's just asking for UTIs and other infections.
