to #22, I've always been super skinny no matter what I do and its lovely when people make comments about hugging a skeleton...if the guy she was dating looked good then gained 80 lbs shed be complaining on here. hypocrites are fun!!!!

I did diet along with the exercise and did adopt a healthy (yet miserable) lifestyle. People have a natural weight and you can't really change that. Just like super skinny people who eat 3000 calories a day and can't gain a pound. It works both ways.
