In this day and age I don't understand y do people have unprotected sex. B4 engaging in any sexual activities with someone have them tested for everything. No one can love u more than you love yourself; and your partner do not use protection without you asking them; that mean they do not have anything to lose.
I would say you deserve it, but again studs get past around so more like pay attention dumb dumb
There's no need to insult OP because of the decisions they've made.
I just looked it up, and it depends where you live whether it is punishable or not. It is not illegal per say, but in some states and instances you can sue your partner and they can potentially face criminal charges. In some states, if you are found with an STD, the Dr. had the right to contact your spouse and let them know. There was a man in New York who knowingly infected 5 women with HIV, including a 15 year old, and a pregnant woman. He served 1 year in jail for reckless endangerment, but was facing heavier charges that were dropped because none of the women would testify against him. I personally think it should be illegal to knowingly infect someone (proving it wouldn't be too hard, you would just need to subpoena the medical records pertaining to the STD). Especially in a country without free healthcare as treatments and medications can be very costly. It could also cause mental stress and time off work. I also think that anyone who knowingly spreads a deadly STD, should be locked in a chastity belt for the rest of their lives.
I'm shocked he's not on the sex offenders list based on the 15 year old alone. That's still horrendous they wouldn't testify against the guy who gave them a deadly disease. :(
The pregnant woman angers me, she's not the only one paying for it either..
Pisses me off too, lucky there is only a 25% chance the baby will contract it, and ways to help prevent it, but even if they are lucky enough, they now get to grow up with a sick mother who can not breast feed. The 15 year old made me really sad because she is so young, and is just starting her life. It is very sad when anyone of that age gets sick, but this was 100% preventable, and in my opinion, akin to attempted murder.
I say we make it law that he must be forcibly tattooed with the word HIV+ on his face in red. (Possibly with ink that fades after a specified amount of time.) Act like a predator, get treated like one.
Unfortunately that would be considered inhumane. I agree that people like him should come with warning signs though.
well I guess he put STD in stud and all he needed was you
I hope you wore protection! Cause that was a dick move.
That's awful. This sounds bad but if you report it, you can get hopefully a treatment for free if you have it. But hopefully it doesn't get to that, and you used protection
Get checked, wear condoms. Lots of condoms.
What a terrible move, get to a doctor right away. I hope that it can be treated
Hopefully you don't get whatever STD he has (and hopefully it's curable). But you should deffinetly get checked out! I wish for the best!
. . . you didn't use protection? Really?

What a dirt bag moves on his part. Hopefully you used protection OP. Get to a Doctor as soon as possible to get checked!!!
I'm hoping you wore protection, but I'm guessing you didn't
