Today, my boyfriend of a year and a half informed me that he had "accepted" my stomach, even though it didn't conform to his "preference" for a flat stomach. He then added that his acceptance doesn't extend to my "chunky thighs". FML

tell you boyfriend that you "accept" his small dick even though it is your preference for a large one

Tell him that he can accept that he's single, then. No reason to say those things except to be an asshole.

You should leave him or cut off intercourse

don't deal with assholes and don't let love and Like get confused. Time and freedom aren't forever so don't spend it with someone who makes you feel bad about yourself or makes you feel less then you are worth!!

Girl, I'm going to give you the most heartfelt advice I've ever given anyone ever: YOU NEED TO ******* RUN. I'm serious. Get away from him. He may seem like a good person but anyone who makes you feel like you're barely acceptable and feels the need to express negative judgement on your body when there are no health issues involved (which I'm assuming) is not a person who respects you and has your feelings at heart. Respect and acceptance are the BASIS for any healthy relationship. Please trust me, I was with a guy like that once and he managed to amplify my insecurities so much that I'm still dealing with the psychological wounds to this day (for example once he told me my tummy 'rolls' were gross. HE USED THE WORD GROSS TO DESCRIBE MY BODY. Now I have problems with showing my stomach or with people touching it). Please save yourself. You deserve SO much better. Let us know how you dealt with the situation, I'm genuinely worried even if I don't know you personally. Nobody deserves psychological abuse. Sending you hugs and the strength to get through this

Tell your boyfriend your acceptance doesn't extend to his rude ass. Kick him to the curb and get a real man.

Sounds like it's time to ditch that asshole.

I have always been chubby and imperfect. I had a boyfriend like that a long time ago. There is NO WAY I would put up with that kind of bullying, hurtful, hateful "you'd be acceptable to me if you were just this way" kind of B.S. EVER AGAIN. Go get yourself someone better, and leave this jerk to his own devices. Maybe he has some great qualities you like, but, and you have to trust me on this, NONE of it is worth this sort of behavior. This is a "deal breaker" situation, and the one to break the deal first will hopefully be you.

Thick thighs are nice though... All body types are nice besides anorexic and obese ones those are just unhealthy

How about you lose some weight you piggy. oink oink
