Sorry, I voted "you deserved it" on this one. If you have been dating him long enough to call him your boyfriend, can you honestly say this is the first stupid thing he's done? I'm guessing you ignored the warning signs, so yeah, you should've seen this coming and dumped him before you found out he pees in the sink.
