Today, my boyfriend was really stressed about a guy he works with being a jerk. I told him "if you ignore something long enough, it won't bother you anymore." His response was "I've ignored my herpes for a long time but it still bothers me." We've been having sex for 3 months now. FML

Today, after receiving a negative herpes test four months ago, my doctor called me and told me it was a false negative and I’ve been living with herpes for four months. I then had to tell everyone I’ve slept with about it, and worst of all my new boyfriend broke up with me. All in one day. FML

My ex didn't tell me she had herpes, or that she used to be a hooker. I found out almost a year and a half after we'd been *******. I got tested immediately and every 6 months since. I'm clean so there's hope for you.

#13: you're an idiot. it's the law that if a couple is sexually active, and one has an STD that they must inform their partner. If they do not, and their partner contracts their STD, they can have multiple charges against them. perhaps consider an education before you make an idiot of yourself.
