Sure, offer her a job. On the condition she goes back to school.
I really hope there's a follow-up to this one...
In my opinion, it would be very childish of OPs dad to disown him for something like that. His sister is in a completely different field of work than he is.
If she is a cosmetologist, she can also be a body waxer, makeup artist (work at a department store like sephora or macys), a rep for a beauty brand or nail technician/manicurist. There are many options for her license, she should check out Craigslist, there are decent jobs on there. Suggest she do that to your dad. Hiring an unqualified person is a bad idea!
Does Denmark have a Craigslist?
You could make her the secretary
Curious. If dad has so much money that you're concerned about being disowned, I wonder why dad doesn't just toss a pile of money at the daughter.
I don't think OP is so much 'concerned' about being disowned so much as offended that the threat is being waved around for such a ridiculous reason.
All issues aside congrats on owning your own law firm that's awesome
Okay there professor of useless facts

It's not up to you or your father to supply your sister with a job. Especially if she's under qualified. FYL
Dad, she's just not cut out for it!
