Nope, at the end of season 8 the seed that allows magic to be present on earth was destroyed. All the slayers in existence still get to keep their powers, however no more are called (at least until Fray is) and no-one can do magic (or haven't figured out how to yet). Vampires can still be created but they are uncontrollable monsters (termed "zompires") unlike those who were turned before the seed were destroyed have no control over their actions.
