Am I the only one who had to read this more than once? But anyway, if it shocked/hurt you that much, it's way too strong for your dog.
Thank you so much for the laugh this morning. Glad your life sucks and you shared. :o)
You idiots, it's not an electric collar, the fence is! And **** YOU OP, for treating your dogs like cattle! Train them well and you wont even need a fence! YTDI.
I'm glad you got electrocuted. What a dick thing to do, giving your dogs an electric fence...
Shock collars are cruel and do not work. There are dogs that will willingly take the single shock they receive as they run across the invisible fence line in order to run around outside their supposed boundaries. What does work, even for dogs that are escape artists, is a 6' privacy fence with metal kennel fencing buried a couple of feet into the ground below the privacy fence and attached to it with a heavy duty staple gun, screws, or nails. This keeps dogs from digging under the fence to get out. If you have a dog that can jump a 6' privacy fence, you can add kennel fencing to the top of it or get a 10' privacy fence. I rescue and foster dogs and have a similar set up at my house. I know from experience it works. It cost around $2,000 to have someone install it for me around my 1/2 acre backyard. I know there are those who might consider that expensive however if you can't afford it then maybe you can't afford owning a dog.
Amen.
Now think about how your dog feels! No bad dogs just bad owners!
yaaa probably not meant for a dog dude! they should feel vibration they dont like not pain
I'm so happy you got a shock. Too bad you're probably too obtuse to learn how cruel you are~

37- just go to a corner and think about what you said.
What a jerk off. If its on your hand and it hurt that bad imagine how much it hurts around te poor pups neck. If its an absolute must to have can't you just set the shock lower so it won't hurt as bad.
