Children that are curious and test their theories like that tend to grow up to be very intelligent! You should appreciate your son's curiosity! :)

That's likely BECAUSE it's a repeat, whether it was intentional or not.

I hope it wasn't one of those thermometers that have mercury in them. Nonetheless, I like that your child has a curiousity of science!

I can really imagine that, sounds like something I would have done. Curiosity is good in children, as long as they don't hurt themselves of course =P
