Today, my family and I were driving and we passed a strip club called DB's Golden Banana. My 5-year-old sister asked what it was, so my dad said it was a place where people dance. Now my sister keeps telling people she wants to be a dancer at DB's Golden Banana. FML

My dad taught me the Golden Banana theme song when I was a kid. It was only in my teens that I realized it meant he'd been there probably more than once... Still, I live nearby now, and every time I pass it on the highway I can't help singing... ♪ At the Golden, Golden Banana, the place where you can't take your nana... ♫
