Today, my father told me he hasn't brushed his teeth for 30 years: he just wipes them with paper towels. I don't know whether to be horribly disgusted, or horribly jealous that he has never gotten a cavity. FML

Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't wiping your teeth down with paper towels be more involving and possibly time consuming than a quick brush?

I never brush my teeth, not that I don't want to, I just never end up doing it. It's really not bad if you have decent salivary glands.

Makes sense. Figure it's the same concept as deodorant. If you never use use it your body never gets used it and does all the work.

It is possible if you lack the specific cavity causing bacteria saliva in your mouth. Still unhygienic though.

I feel you my dad has dipped for over 40 years and never had a cavity I have never smoked or dipped and I've been to the dentist over 20 times in the past year
